TERMS AND CONDITIONS – COMMISSIONS
By placing a commission order with me, you AGREE to my terms and conditions and CONFIRM that you have read and are aware of all points.
PAYMENT:
✧ Payment is split into two parts: 50% of the total amount at the start of the process, and the remaining 50% after the artwork is completed.
✧ Please note that payment secures your spot in the queue but does not guarantee the immediate start of the process. If you have questions regarding the queue status or an estimated start date for your artwork after payment, please send me an email.
✧ Payment via PAYPAL only.
DELIVERY TIME:
✧ The standard delivery time is up to 30 business days, though this may vary depending on the artwork's complexity and the order queue. I will notify you if your artwork is likely to exceed this timeframe.
CHANGES AND REVISIONS:
✧ The client is entitled to up to 2 changes per stage of the process:
- Base sketch
- Lineart
- Base colors (flat colors)
- Rendered artwork
✧ Changes that deviate from the initial request or exceed the limit may incur an additional fee.
✧ Major changes (such as altering the pose or the overall composition) may be requested without an extra fee ONLY during the base sketch stage.
PROCESS AND WORKFLOW:
Base sketch -> lineart -> base colors -> rendering
✧ At the start, I will send sketch images for your approval or for you to request revisions before moving to the next stage. Once this confirmation is received, refund requests will not be accepted unless initiated by me.
✧ Upon completion of the commission, you will receive a high-resolution PNG file via email, featuring a watermark. No physical product will be delivered.
✧ I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I feel my skill level does not meet your request, or if the subject matter or art style falls outside my usual scope of work.
ART USAGE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
✧ The client is permitted to use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes, such as profile pictures, backgrounds, wallpapers, etc.
✧ All artwork is intended solely for personal use. If the client wishes to use the artwork commercially, an additional fee of 100% of the commission price will be charged.
✧ Using the commissioned artwork for AI or NFTs is prohibited.
✧ As the artist, I reserve the right to post excerpts, works-in-progress (WIPs), or the finished commission on my social media (please let me know if you prefer to keep it private).
✧ Sharing and reposting the commission is allowed, but please provide credit: @dragaofada
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
✧ In the event of a cancellation by the client, payments already made will not be refunded.
✧ In the rare event that I determine I cannot complete the commission, I may offer a partial refund depending on how much work has already been completed (though I will retain a minimum of 25% of the total price).
CONDUCT:
✧Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior directed at me during the process will result in the cancellation of the commission without a refund.
